Free Online Utility for Data Splitting

This utility splits data in excel sheet or CSV as per the delimiters provided by the user and gives you the provision to download the excel sheet. The data splitted is added to the new row with maintaining other column values.

Why we created this utility?

We have created this utility that helps you to quickly and easily split the data in your Excel or CSV sheet columns that is delimited by multiple delimiters and generate new rows containing the same column values which is not possible by using the excel ‘Text to Column Split’ option .
How this utility works?

Step 1:- Upload Excel/CSV file containing the data to be split. Following is the example of the file with 2 columns: - name and email address

Joe Joe@abc.com Joe@prq.com
Doe Doe@xyz.com

Step 2:- Enter the column number of the excel sheet containing the data to be split.For the example above column no. is 2.

Step 3:- Enter the delimiter, For the example above delimiters are:- / B ###

Step 4:- Enter Capcha

Step 5:- Click on split data button.This utility splits the data and provides the excel file. The example data is splitted as follows:

John John@test.com
Joe Joe@abc.com
Joe Joe@prq.com
Doe Doe@xyz.com


Note:- Data of one column can be splitted at one time. For splitting multiple columns, first split one column and download the excel sheet, open using MS Excel and save as excel and again upload the excel sheet.
